• 4 Weeks of Strength

    30 minute call assessing where you are currently at, where you want to go, what you have accessible to you by way of equipement and what your knowledge & background is regarding strength training. From there, I will design a 4 week (8 session) strength training plan uniquely for you. I will also be supporting you with weekly voice message check ins to keep you accountable.

  • 30 Day Running Plan

    30 minute call assessing where you are currently at, where you want to go, what keeps you from showing up and strategies on how to stay consistent. From there, I will design a 30 day running plan that gets you to that next level, whatever that might be for you. I will also be supporting you with daily voice message check ins to keep you accountable throughout the 30 days.

  • In Person Gait Analysis

    This is an in person run where I assess your gait, provide tips and feedback, then practice the adjustments necessary to make your gait most efficient.
